1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NexOTP website at nexotp.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NexOTP provides SMS verification services by supplying real US non-VoIP phone numbers that can receive one-time passwords (OTPs) and verification codes. Users fund their account balance and then use that balance to order phone numbers for verification purposes.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended or terminated.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits can be made via Naira bank transfer, card, USSD (through Monnify), or cryptocurrency (through Heleket).
  • All balances are stored in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
  • Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account balance.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Prices displayed at the time of ordering are final for that transaction.

5. Orders & Number Usage

  • When you place an order, the cost is immediately deducted from your balance.
  • Numbers are provided on a temporary basis for the purpose of receiving verification codes.
  • If a number does not receive an SMS within the allotted time, you may reject the number for a refund before expiration.
  • Once an SMS has been received and delivered to you, the order is considered completed and is non-refundable.
  • Number availability and delivery times depend on third-party providers and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexOTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any specific phone number will successfully receive a verification code from any particular service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
